The University's new software download service, mySoftware, is now available offers site licensed software for free. Downloads can only be made on campus or via the campus wireless. Users can request external access to the site via the Service Desk, this is how distance users will be given access. Instructions about how to request access can be found in this Service Desk Knowledge Article.
Most software is now available from mySoftware including virus scanning software for Windows (all University Members) and for Macs (Staff only).
All queries to do with the mySoftware service should be logged via the Service Desk including license requests where applicable.
